My Town Hudsonville: Volunteers needed to create butterfly haven
HUDSONVILLE, Mich.—Greenthumbs are needed to help create a new haven for butterflies in Hudsonville.
Gary Byker Memorial Library was recently awarded a grant by the Wildflower Association of Michigan to plant a butterfly garden in the lot in front of the library entrance. The library is looking for volunteers to help plant the space with butterfly-friendly greenery on May 17 at 10 a.m. Those interested in helping should contact Ellie at 669-1255 ext. 4 for more information.
