Hudsonville concert series to begin this Thursday | Arts & Culture

Hudsonville’s summer concert series continues this week with top 40 rock band, The Niche.

The Huntington Concerts on the Green series runs through July 26 with concerts starting each Thursday night at 7pm.  Concert-goers should plan to bring their own chair or blanket to the concert.

June 21 - The Niche (Top 40 Rock)
June 28 - Moses Mares (Funk/Latin)
July 5 - The Trace (Folk/Light Rock)
July 12 - Greg Nagy (Blues/Country)
July 19 - Common Shiner (Pop)
July 26 - Evergreen Ministries (Christian)

Thanks to concert sponsor, Huntington Bank, series sponsors, DeGraaf Interiors and the Downtown Development Authority, and generous weekly sponsors, the concerts will feature both music and entertainment for kids.

“The kid’s activities have been really taken to a new level” said Michelle Fare, Marketing Coordinator with the City of Hudsonville. “We have been able to put together a line up of kid’s activities which will be really exciting for the residents.”

Each week will feature a different activity; there will be bounce houses, slides, carnival games, putt putt golf, crafts and other great activities.

Concert-goers can also grab dinner at the park, with on site food vendors each week.  Food options will include DJ’s Pizza, Uncle Ed’s Mexican Food Truck, The Silver Spork, Shortstops, and a barbeque dinner at the final concert, sponsored by Evergreen Ministries.  In addition, the Fire Department will be selling pints of Hudsonville Ice Cream again this year as a fundraiser.
