UPDATE: Missing dementia patient found

UPDATE (10:15 A.M. Friday)-- Kent County deputies say Grazina Ugianskis has been located.

The 72-year-old dementia patient apparently got lost while driving around yesterday and stopped to stay at a local motel when night arrived.  

Ugianskis left early this morning to find her way home and was stopped by a Grandville police officer.  She has since been reunited with her family.

BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- Deputies are searching for a Washington state woman with dementia who left a Kent County hotel.

Grazina Ugianskis, 72, left the Comfort Suites on Street in Byron Township around 6 p.m. Thursday and never returned.

Ugianskis is a white woman with gray hair and hazel eyes. She is 5'2" and 186 lbs.  She was wearing a gray sweater with an unknown pattern on the front, and blue jeans with rhinestone stripes on the sides.

Ugianskis may be driving a black two-door Hyundai with a Washington state license plate.
